  • Responsibilities

    • Implementing systems and features across multiple EA Sports titles including PGA Tour where I primarily worked in the Presentation space and short stints on multiple Maddens authoring narrative content using internal tools

    • Creating documentation for technical systems I developed and improving / updating documentation for existing systems

    • Proposing solutions that best achieve design intentions within the constraints created by our technical systems and scope

  • Skills Developed

    • Deeper understanding of AAA scale development issues such a large scale networking, scalability, and global game launches

    • Improved communication across large, multifaceted AAA teams and even larger AAA-scale organizations across timezones

    • Familiarity with entirely internal tools and engines including Frostbite and the Frostbite scripting language

    • Adaptability to various potential pipelines and organizational styles

  • Responsibilities

    • Contributing to the game’s design and making sure it effectively suits the learning goals the project calls for

    • Developing back end systems and front end tools to streamline development and iteration going forward

    • Mentoring current UCF students on the project in good technical practice

    • Managing team task assignments & documentation

    • Communicating with the SMEs to better understand the learning objectives and developing an AdobeXD storyboard that allows for SMEs to playtest the experience prior to it being built and without a VR setup

  • Skills Developed

    • Familiarity with crossplatform VR development in Unity

    • Better understanding of diverse use cases for scriptable objects in Unity

    • Comfort with AdobeXD as a prototyping tool
